Scout, did you guys go down 335 through Barksdale? I have a place in Rocksprings & I've always wanted to run down through Barksdale on 335 & hit 55 up to Rocksprings. I've run it in my F250 & imagined beng in the G. I love that area.

 

Have to check the maps, but I think so.

 

The roads in the pics look familiar.

 

What an awesome experience of man, machine, and Texas roads it was. We had a diverse set of machinery of 26 cars including two G35 Coupes, one G35 Sedan (texasscout, of course), several 350Zs plus a 300ZX, Lotus Elise, BMW M5 and 335i turbo, Porsche 930 Turbo, Honda S2000, three Corvettes, and VW GTIs. Our adventures covered 748 miles in total. Pictures from the Stampede can be viewed here.
