We're a rapidly expanding community......

ok, he's right. thatguy and I have mainly been the G members representing lately. We do have a few others that either say they are going to meet up with us or have come to 1 or so events. We did have 3 G's at Hallett, and two G's at the "short-notice" dyno session. We're honestly getting more G's interested though and I think this year we'll have a larger turnout to the events.
Pattyskin and Red_G35 both live in Tulsa so I bet they'd join. I've talked to a few other people from OKC and other parts of OK on the board that would probably join us if we got a good meet going.
As far as meeting in June if we did it early June before I start I could probably come, after that I'm kinda at the companies mercy. We do training for 2 months and part of that involves a lot of traveling to different sites so not sure when I'll be home and when I won't.

There's a few G's here in town, also more and more Z's are showing interest in OKZCC.
If the company you are looking at is NE of Tulsa then you might want to look at Owasso, it's a very nice city that is growing very fast. Plus, it's only 5 minutes from Tulsa (some days it takes 45 depending on traffic). I actually live in Jenks, it's a suburb on the SW corner of Tulsa. Bixby is also a nice area that is growing quickly, it's south of Tulsa.
We have a tentative date at Hallett Raceway set (www.hallettracing.com). This is something you MUST do at some time in your life! I've been skydiving, rock climbing, rafting, you name it and this is as much or more fun. It's a very safe, well run operation and you will not damage your car unless you do something just absolutely and rediculously stupid....then you deserve it. Of course, it's tough on the brakes though....just ask thatguy II!
Anyway, let us know when you move here and we'll get some more events going.

haha thanks. The funny thing is I'm really not moving all that far, my hometown is 2.5 hours from where I'm moving to.
Twin- The company is north of Tulsa. I'm familiar with Owasso and it is a consideration, but I'm just not sure if I want to drive that far every day. It would make my commute a good 40-45 minutes and that's if there is no traffic, so I have no idea what it would be like in the morning when I'm trying to get to work.

Bartlesville? If so then I think I know where you'll be working....especially since you mentioned the two month rotational training.
Anyway, if it is Bartlesville then we do NEOK lunch run/cruises through some twisties up that way. Plus, it's only 40 minutes outside of Tulsa. You really don't want to drive that far every day....I'm spoiled with my 4 mile trip to work!
