looking to meet some people in va hampton roads area whose into cars cant really seem to find anybody.

I know when I was out there, everyone use to get together at the Starbucks right off Jefferson Ave, just south of the Patrick Henry Mall. I understand that's on the other side of the water, but it was always a good time when I was out there. At one point, it was nothing to have 100 cars show up and we just take over a parking lot, but then we had problems with kids showing their backsides and littering etc... Still yet, most of the chill people met at Starbucks on a typical Saturday night. Something to keep in mind!!
