Just now seeing your post from yesterday. You are right some the roads around this area are nasty. I will be taking the 405N to Venice. Heading left on Venice all the way down to Pacific where I'll turn right. Then a left on Barnard Way to Lot 5. The roads in this route still aren't the best (some of the areas on Venice Blvd are nasty) but much better than some other routes and its manageable.
