Chulo of course I was kidding. We'll have at least 3 cars and maybe 4 in a mini-caravan from Texas this year headed to the meet. I'm from Austin, jaythree from San Antonio and Beebo is coming out of El Paso.
I think we feel it's kinda important to go.
Chris I know you're around. Only 4 more weeks my friend. I bet you guys that are involved with the meet are getting down to the nitty gritty at this point. I have offered my assistance wherever it's needed starting Friday the 23rd to Marcus in PMs since I'll be there a day early so don't be afraid to let me take whatever I can off your plate.
I think we feel it's kinda important to go.

Love the G family but have a question about her exhaust. Is she running the Tanabe Medallion? I don't know too many females that would even be willing to drive a G on a regular basis with an exhaust. Your lady must be a keeper!

nah, not the Tanabe. it's a Magnaflow w/a Ti slide tip.

Ah cool. How does the sound on the Magnaflow compare to the Tanabe?
No but I think my roomie (Lcolin) for the weekend drives one and I'm sure he won't be the only one.

For those that are either staying or thinking about staying at the Marriott Marina del Ray here's what I found out about parking and other little stuff.
Valet parking at the hotel is $26/day with unlimited access in and out. This is the only option for parking the hotel offers. The valet parking is in an underground garage so the cars are out of the elements. The beach parking across the street is $10 every time you go in and out so it could be cheaper or more expensive than the valet parking depending on how you use it. Obviously that's open air parking by the beach.
A couple of more notes. In-room wireless access is $12.95/day, but they have free wi-fi in the lobby and a business center with high-speed internet access but not wireless. Some of the new smart phones will act as a mobile hot spot for wireless access so if you have that capability and want to surf the net on a laptop you could avoid the daily usage fee.
