Excuse me if i did not make sense

No, but I know someone with a Z who has it, or their earlier model. He bought it before I even knew him from us then I met him from our local car club, turns out he is a customer of ours already.

I would probably figure out a way to wire it from the trunk, because I'm not sure where else you could put it. Maybe under the dash in front of the passenger?

The only thing about the GVN53 is that you're going to have to bypass the video lock out which you won't find any information for on this forum because we aren't allowed to mention anything that has to do with bypassing the video lockout.

I have been considering this option. If I purchased the GVN53 for my 2007 G35 Sedan, where could I get it installed? I live in So Cal.

there's alot of good info about the garmin gvn and how to install on this forum actually,
it's a great alternative for non nav (obviously) owners, and much better than those portable sticky pod thingy since it integrates with the oem screen

Also, for you Canadians:

http://www.gpscity.ca/gvn53

This ships from Calgary, AB. We can stock up there within 2days, and any order placed from our United States location will ship the same day.

Unfortunately because of the recent hikes in the exchange rate, it will be higher in Canada.
