Cruise control problems...
Just wonder if anyone else has had this problem and if they got a fix.
On my 2008 G35S 6MT the cruise control light will come on and the set light will start blinking and continues to blink until I reach my destination. This happens at random times, doesn't seem to be a pattern. Nothing happens if I hit cruise control on/off button. If I turn off the car and let it sit, it will go away but come back at random times while I am driving. Everything else seems to be functioning fine when this happens.
I took it into the dealer the other day and they couldn't get the problem to reoccur and told me there were also no codes. Bascially they were stumped.
Happened again this morning so I drove straight to the dealer, they told me to wait while the tech looks at it. Service adviser came back and told me it wasn't blinking anymore, I think they might have turned off the car while they were waiting for the tech to look for it. Told me the tech would take another drive out with it. Then he came back and told me they finally got one code but weren't able to confirm the code so they have to call the Nissan. Told me to just bring it back when it was happening again. Seems like they are still stumped.
Anyone else have an issue like this?
