Problem with the Auxilary Connection

Just bought an used 2007 G35 sedan 2 weeks ago. I love the car, awesome power, acceleration and handling. I have encountered a few problems and would like some suggestions how to fix them. The main problem is the auxiliary (yellow, red and white) plugs. I cannot get good solid connection and I have to constantly wiggle it to get sound out of my iPod. I can't drive without my jamz!

Second, and I've read a few threads about this, I have notice hard shifts at low speeds. When I drive hard and fast, the car shifts a lot smoother. Also, I have to press the gas pedal more than usual to get the car going, and then all the sudden it jumps to life and hauls ***.

Please advise..thanks

as for the shifts i'm not sure what to say. i haven't had my car that long.

concerning the aux jacks you may want to just take the car back if it's under warranty and have the fixed. but first have you tried a different set of RCAs? just to be sure it's not the cables you're using.
