studio on wheels,...so #%^%* complicated

Why is this system so complicated?? ..Particular song on hardrive ,...un findable !!. Music purchased from i-tunes ... does'nt work with CF card ??

Why not just use an ipod? I think you are the first one who says it is complicated. Have you tried Idrive?

It's really not too bad once you get used to it. The challenges kick in with that system once the car is moving however. Half of the features are locked out so it definitely makes it difficult to find a song.
With that said, you will get used to it. I can find any song I want within seconds now, even while driving.

I really only use the MB every once in a while now. Everything is on the iPhone now so I just hook that up to hear my music. I have a few older songs in the MB that are not on the phone so I still pop into it every once in a while.

for your itunes purchased songs, you'll first have to convert them to mp3s (you can do this in itunes), then copy them onto a cf card. (itunes purchased songs are encoded as "aac" files, generally better sound quality than mp3s at the same bitrate.)
