07 G35 Sport - Is it possible to add the rear backup cam?
I don't think has never been done. There are several threads that discussed the topic.
^+1, i think it would be costly since you would need the camera, the new chrome spoiler and the harness and then route the wire to the screen, i think the Aftermarket backup camera options are cheaper and easier.
you can do the stock camera for fairly cheap actually (i was going to do this) but keep in mind you will need either a PAC VCI interface or use it through the aux inputs. you will not be able to see the directional lines on it as you would if it came from the factory.
i have a stock camera sitting in my basement, debating on whether i should put it in this spring upcoming.

You'll need the camera, the steering sensor, all the wiring not present and a video signal box. That would cost a lot of $$. What I will do if I was you is to install an aftermarket cam and get a wireless (receiver/transmitter) unit.
As TERRYCS said, you plug this into the AUX input under armrest. This is what I will do when I receive the camera I ordered. I already have the chrome trim and the cam is supposed to fit in there.

one thing to note though, the stock camera image is pretty superior to any aftermarket cam you'll buy. i've noticed this first hand unfortunately. you can buy aftermarket cameras with the distance markers, which are nice, but they're CMOS so therefore lower picture quality. check out the thread under my name for installing the backup camera.
cheers!
