Audio Setting? Persison Phased Audio??

In the audio setup menu of my Base (non-Bose) G their is a parameter called
Precision Phased Audio. You can turn it on or off.

Anyone know exactly with this setting is does to the output??

I'm not an expert...sounds like it boosts the lows and highs. But is it really doing something to the phase as the name implies??

^ thats exactly what it does... found this...

"... in the Manual, and in the 'Vehicle Information and Settings' Section, it refers to an option called "Precision Phased Audio" (Pg 4-14) under Audio Settings. It is supposed to it is supposed to emphazise "super highs and lows", while the midrange is "played naturally"."
