I recently bought a 160gb iPod classic to leave semi-permanently in my center console as an easy fix for iPod integration, which also leaves my phone free, which is nice. I was astonished to learn that, despite full integration, the cable in the center console doesn't charge the iPod (WTF???). I know now I could have discovered this with a little searching, but it didn't occur to me that this cable WOULDN'T charge the device, its most basic function.

As a result, I bought a Scosche PassPORT, like this one here:
I didn't realize, until I was able to read the packaging, that it works only for the iPhone 3, iPod Touch, and iPod Nano. Does anyone know of a similar adaptor that will charge my iPod? Please and thank you.
