2007 G35 Auxiliary Problems

every time I am in the auxiliary option my left speakers make a constant thumping noise. In any other option, like the radio or CD it works fine. What could be the problem?

Either the the auxiliary cord or connector is damaged.

It's not the cord, it still does it even when a cord isn't even plugged in. How would I fix the connector?

The same thing is happening to me right now. My plan this weekend is first double check all my fuses, but then if that doesn't help, I'm going to rip apart the center console to see if i can fix or replace the RCA connector. It's the only thing I can think to do.
