Springs and Swaybars setup question

I am looking to get a 2008 g35 sedan by the end of the year.

I used to have an '03 sedan that was dropped on eibachs and also had the hotchkis sway bars installed....it made a world of difference in handling.

1) My main question is, have they even made swaybars for the new body sedans yet? Do the old ones work?

2) Next Question, do I have to change the shocks if I do a swaybar/springs set up?

3) Does it make a difference on whether I get sports package or not when it comes to shocks? For example, if I got sports package would the shocks be good enough and not worth changing out?
Would the regular NON sports package shocks be ok with drop/swaybars?

Thanks a lot,
Mike

Here's a pic of my '03 sedan

Hey there MIKE. Well I have an 07 Sport, and I dropped my car with Eibachs with the Stock Shocks with no Problems at all! The Stock Shocks on either the Non-Sport or Sport Model G, will all Work Fine with Drop Springs, As Long as you do not like Cut the Springs to make it lower etc....As the Shock will be useless then and wear out alot faster prematurely! As for Sways, I know only Stillen has an upgraded Setup that I will be picking up very soon They Run like $300 for a set. Don't know of any other sway bar companies that came out with sways for our 07's yet.

The sports package gives you different wheels, tires, brakes, handling, front bumper styling, different seats, ect.

The sways on the Sport are thicker than the Journey. Dunno if they standardized for 2008 though. If you go aftermarket sways, you will gain adjustability.

808Mike, if you go for aftermarket sways, please post a review!
