rim/tire question

I have never had anything besides stock rims and tires so sorry if this is a really lame question.

My car is a 2007 G35s 6MT, color silver'ish, stock everything.

I want to get a set of black rims.
There is so much info here and out there I am not sure there to start searching.
Can anyone recommend anything.(or a link(s) to get started)

Friends dont even thing black will look good w/ my color?

Thanks

The right style of black rim should look great on a silver G, you may want to consider the same size rim all around to allow full tire rotation (and better overall tire wear). The staggered stock setup does allow a bit better carving under higher speeds but if you're using your G for a daily driver without alot of autobahn cruising you may just want 8-8.5" wide wheels on all fours. Do you want larger than 18's? If so just be careful to size your tires properly to give you the clearance you'll need, same goes if you go wider than 8.5" on the rim. Go to www.tirerack.com and you can use their wheel guide to see what different wheels will look like on your G.
