Are +20 offset 8.5 or 9.5 wide wheels too aggressive on a sedan?

I personally don't like stretched look as much as meaty look on tires
as well as some other factors such as interference with the VDC.
they are 275x30x20 rear

does anybody here know how wheels that are fitted to a 1st gen sedan compare to 2nd gen? i've seen many 1st gen sedans with a nice fitment (G Sedan among others) and am in the process of buying new wheels for my 07 but want to make sure i get the offset right.

right now i'm thinking:
front - 9" +20 with a 225/35/20
rear - 10" +30 with a 255/35/20

i'm going to be lowered on an eibach pro kit and want to run as little camber as possible (don't really like that look). 5-10mm poke is all good, what do you guys think?

Yes, see post #11 in this thread. I'm running a 9.5 +20, 255/35 with my fenders rolled very flat on a 1st gen sedan.

I have 20x8.5 +20 all around with 225/245 tires and they fit perfectly fine. I'll be putting a 15mm spacer up front soon as well. Albeit i'm dropped 3", but the +20 fits no problem.

I can do the same thing on a 9.5"

I can do 18x10 +15 all around with 235/255 tires.

Hey guys, not trying to thread jack here but I hard time finding what I was looking for in a search...

Anyway, I have a 07 G35x and I'm looking to get some 19s. I want to get the same size wheel all around to keep the VDC/AWD in line. I dont want to lower it, or atleast not yet. So far it seems you guys recommend 19x8.5 +37 with 245/40 tires for a nice looking setup. So with that said, how does a wheel in 19X8.5" +46 look in comparison? Any major differences in poke? Lastly can I run a 19x9.5 on all 4? If so what size tire is needed and what is a good offset? Anyone have any pictures of the different set ups? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
