Perfect G37X sedan springs. Am I crazy?

Oh well, looks like I found perfect lowering springs for my 09 X sedan. The only thing is that I have to take loan to get them. Springs are TOMMYKAIRA sport springs. They lower car 20mm all sides and they are "sport" springs. Does it mean that my car will ride like a pickup truck?

Price? I'm not eve n going to post it here (everybody will call me crazy......)

They probably cost more than some (or most) sets of C/O's

If I were you I would get some BC Coilovers.........they run about a grand and everyone on the forum loves them. They are made specifically for the X. Just not sure if they make them for the G37X. I'm sure someone can answer that question.

no coilovers yet. give it another year or so they will be out for our cars. all the companies that make coilover are located in California and all they have out there are RWD cars, if they had AWD cars they would make something for us too

As for tommykaira. those springs are going to be expensive just like the impul springs. maybe you want to look at other options

Yes, thay are almost over $700 delivered (crazy). But dropping using Eibach in NY/NJ is a little too much for me. It's about 1.5" and with our roads and speed bumps everywhere.... oh well

BTW, were you able to get your alignment corrected?

Im dropped on Eibachs too. you will get over speed bumps just fine. trust me. if you want pics of my car dropped let me know ill show you. BTW i live on Long Island NY and i get by just fine. I have the steepest drive way at work i get up there and down without rubbing anything at all. as for the alignment just get all the toe out and you will be fine. the negative camber will give you good handling

Well...

My current alignment is fine, but I do plan on getting a rear kit installed.

Eventually

I agree with this as well.
My driveway at home is super step with a crazy transition to the road and I get up and out without any scraping, which was my biggest worry.
The Eibachs look great and are not so low that they cause problems.

Hopefully, I get through the winter okay and then these will turn out to have given the perfect drop.
(fingers crossed)

I put the Stock 18" wheels back on for the winter and they raised the car like .3" and i was so happy that it did that because i was worried the car was going to get lower. I hope that when it snows my car doesnt become a snow plow that would really suck

Hmm, your car looks great. Do you have X? Another thing is that I have splash guards (you don't). I think they will be scraping.......... Oh well, I guess I will go with Eibach considering that they are $500 less than JDM's
