For those of you who have winter setups or wheels without the factory TPMS installed; does the TPMS light blink for like 45 seconds then stay on when the car is started? or does it not blink and comes on permanently immediately upon starting of the vehicle?

Thanks. I only asked because the manual says if the light blinks for like 1 minute, then it's mulfunctioning. And I could have sworn it's done that the previous winter I had my winter wheels on. Just wanted to confirm that's normal behavior
