Rotor judder, part deux

I previosly had my rotors resurfaced at my dealership due to a brake judder issue at ~30K, but the judder came back at 45K. I noted that since rotors were resurfaced there is another service bulletin issued in August 2009, ITB09-037a, which states that a heat shield should be placed and rotors may need to be replaced if judder persists. Problem it took was a PITA to get the dealership to resurface the rotors the first time (involved a series of emails to Infiniti USA to get them to do it). I already bought centric rotors and Hawk HPS pads, but did so prior to seeing the bulletin and would rather have the dealership fix it (meaning, replace the rotors and possibly pads) under warranty. Should I bother?

Put back the stock pads and rotors and take it to a different dealership if the one you going to is giving you such issues
