Will these fit on a G35 sedan?

Kosei K1 TS
Offset: 42mm

Backspacing: 5.65"

Bolt Pattern: 5-114

Tire Size: 225/45-17

yes but thats small and skiny tires 225 for the front is ok i guess but a 225 for the rear is just to skiny imo
