275/35 too wide for M45 sport rims?

Does anyone know if 275/35R19 tires on M45 sport rims is too wide? They come stock with 245/40R19. I think I would only be running the wider tires in the rear and the stock size up front unless I decide to get some spacers for my G35s.

No it can be done but they will have the "pinched" look or like the sidewall is overly bulgy IMO. You also wouldn't get much of a traction benefit due to the narrow width of the wheel. The tread footprint will still be close to that of a 245. I would stick with 245's

It's possible to put the 275s on but why? They'll look odd, cost you gas mileage and won't wear well....along with no better traction than the 245s. So again why, Oh I forgot another they'll cost considerably more too. So it's a no win situation, there's nothing on the plus side....don't do et!

Appreciate the info guys.

I'm not doing it for any traction/handling benefits. Found used Potenza RE050s, but they are 275's. I think it might just be worth a shot. If they look terrible I can either sell them to someone who prefers the size or burn them up as fast as I can.

Edit: After seeing the tires in person I dont think they will fit on there, they would work on Coupe Rays or G37 sport rims but the M45 rims seem too narrow.
