Looking for a decent wheel refinishing shop!

I'm looking for a shop in Omaha, NE that will completely strip down my current wheels and powder coat them to look new again. I've been hearing I should only need to pay $50-60 a wheel but most places I've talked to want more then double that!

Need some help here...

$50-$60 is dirt cheap, like the kind of cheap that makes you wonder how good it could come out. Most places near me want $130-$140 for a 17" or 18" wheel, full refinish.
