19" wheels Stock suspension 07 G35s sedan

It took me a long time to figure out wheel options and if I needed to do suspension to get the look that I wanted, so I figure this will be helpful to some people who were stuck where I was.

2007 G35s
Stock suspension

Avant Garde M310 (dolphin grey)
Front: 19x8.5 5x114.3 +35 on 245/40/19
Rear: 19x9.5 5x114.3 +40 on 275/35/19

For where I live and what the car is used for, the suspension height is fine. It's my daily driver all year round, so this works for me and I'm happy with it.

Those are sweet rims and you're right, they look great on the stock suspension. Now black out those headlights!

^ +1, funny that you pretty much have to put a disclaimer and explanation for why not you're lowered since so many members will tell you right off the bat to lower it lol. Looks good on stock and you can't beat the price on Avant Garde's. If you added a sport lip if would give the appearance of a lowered car, at least from the front angles...

haha it's true about the disclaimer and I've been there before. For me, the G35 is daily driver and something that isn't going to be run hard. If it was a true sports car that I only drove in the summer, it would have a nice suspension on it with an appropriate drop. Not an overdone drop that looks terrible either If the stock suspension was a little higher, then i'd have to get springs, but this isn't bad. I’d rather save my money and extensive mods for the car I really want and not the one that is the responsible decision for the 30 year old who is looking to start a family soon

In the end, I just figured someone else who was thinking about what to do with new wheels could benefit from seeing what it looks like on a stock suspension.

Looks really nice.

I kept my stock S suspension with 19's as well. You can get away with it with the S suspension, although I do wish the front wheel gap was smaller on mine. Gonna switch to a slightly higher profile tire when the time comes to help with that.

Nice those 310s look sweet, and looks awesome without the drop. Maybe cause the wheels are dark?? Good work! Was considering the 310s too but decided on a different set. Ordered tanabe sustec pro, camber kits f+r, and wheels tires. Its on order and just waiting for all the parts to finally get here. Seeing all these dope sedans gets me pumped to finally get some mods going!

hey jdm7 when you get a chance could you measure your height from the ground to middle of the fender on the front and rear? Curious to see what those measurements are on a stock S. Thanks!

Digging the setup, looks good on stock suspension. Any chance for some more pics, specifically to see how flush they are and how much concave?

If i tried to run the same setup for the tire sizes and wheels as you on a base model 2008 g35 and on stock suspension as well will the wheels and tires fit like yours without any rubbing or rolling of the fenders?

I don't see why they wouldn't fit>

I'm not an expert, but I'm sure you'd be fine?
