Brakes not fully disengaging?

Hey guys! I have an 08 g35x. I started to notice that the brakes sound like they are rubbing all the time. It seems like the breaks are not being disengaged all the way and they just rub. There isnt any force on the rotors and I can drive the car but the sound is erratating as hell. I removed all the tires to check the pads and they are good... Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix without going to the stealership...

Sounds like a stuck piston, had it on my old car but never heard of it on a G. I think the caliper had to be rebuilt.

Disassemble the caliper and see what's going on. Removing the tires and peeking through the pad holes won't tell you much, and at this rate we'd all just be guessing.

Also, not sure what kind of drag noise you're experiencing, but check the dust shields as well. If it's bent just slightly, it's enough to have that drag on the rotors itself.

I had that same annoying noise ... took it to the dealer i bought it from ...
It was in fact just the Dust shield that was dragging on the rotor

when i checked the pads. i removed them and reinstalled them thus pushing the piston for the calipers in. they all went back with no problem.. dust shields were all straight. although the problem still persists it isnt as noticeable, so I think it is a piston problem. should i take it in to the dealership is the a warranted item?
