19x8.5 +30 front/ 19x10 +38 rear..need proper tires!!!

I have a 2007 g35x. I bought a set of Linea Corsa Dynas(19x8.5 +30f and 19x10 +38r). The car's dropped w/Eibach sportlines. If i run 245/40's in the front, what proper tire size do i need for the rear so as to not set off the VDC.(i would prefer not to use spacers but if it cant be avoided, what size spacers) thank you for your help.

It looks like 275/35's would be your best bet - they give you a rolling circumference difference of .52% - should be well within the allowable difference for your AWD system. I know this because I'm having these exact tire sizes put on my 2007 G35x. My car isn't dropped, though, so you might just want to make sure you won't have rubbing with that rear width. FYI - I used this little calc tool to find the right size:
