Bc racing coilovers or ebiach prokit lowering springs for my 07 g35

Ok I can't decide on which I should use to lower my 07 Sedan g35s ebiach springs or bc coilovers I want to the ride to be smooth as possible Im thinking of coilovers but I here there are stiff ride and springs are smoother can anybody give me advice some advice in which i should get

If you get coilovers you have the damper control. I've driven in a sedan with bc coils set on half way stuff and it rides better than stock

But does it feel stiff or bouncy

Coilovers are normally better..But I love my Eibach pro-kits with Tokico Blues(350z version)
