Akebono Finally

Finally upgraded to Akebono BBK. Been wanting to do this for some time. Custom painted to a dark blue with silver decals. Purposely wanted dark blue as not to stand out too much.

Was tempted to get some Forgestar 10 spoke CF10, but could not justify spending money on them. The Axis looks quite fine.

I only say that so you can get some wheels that will show off those brakes better!
Nice upgrade though

Agreed, need something a little more open to help those pop out a bit.

They are brakeperformance cross-drilled and slotted rotors

Although I know how, I had it done by a shop. I did not have the tools for brake bleeding; So I paid to have it installed. It's much easier if you are keeping the stock brake lines. I went stainless steel brake lines route. Honestly if you have never worked on brakes before, I would not do it yourself. If you really want to do it yourself, I strongly suggest you get all the tools needed before hand and do some research on how it's done via DIY tutorials.
