I messed up at least a couple of these trying to force them in before realizing how easy it was if you do it the right way. I actually would be thrilled with a few replacements because it seems someone at the dealership didn't know how to put them back in so I started out with a ton of un-fastened holes where they should be fastened..

 

Followup - I found out today you can get tons of these on ebay or Amazon. $5 for a bunch.
