intake resonance sounds so much more refined than fartcan exhaust

oh yea def...intakes seriosly i say it all the time are worth the money just for the sound alone.

unfortunately, not for me. $400 is a lot of coin that i could spend on other things.

unless i can get measurable improvements in mileage, i'm probably not interested.

i only paid 280!!!! i wouldnt pay $400 for intakes..stillen is expensive but fujita is around $300

yeah the fujita is cheaper, but i like the heat shield on the stillen, and that it's not a full length metal tube. metal conducts heat more readily than plastic. the stillen seems to be a bit better thought out as an OEM replacement.

anyhoot, i doubt i'm going to buy one

Did you guys oil your filters before installing them? it seems that they aren't oiled out of the box?

the K&N ones come pre oiled on the Stillen set up

You are not suppose to oil your filter, it is a dry filter.

OIL+ VQ engine's MAF sensors = limp mode.

its not worse.. i little better maybe 1 mpg better

hmmm... at $3.50/gal for premium, that's what 44k miles to break even if i got the stillen? 33k for the fujita?

that's a lot of driving!

well that should not be your main reason why you should get a intake!!! its the sound when you press the gas pedal fast!!! and some extra HP about 7 at the wheelsDOMO

So if I get the intake now, by the end of my lease the intake would have paid for itself. LOL...
