Stillen Dual Intake Review
Ok guy's. This review is just My Opinion on Stillens Dual Intakes for the 07 G's! Now Coming from a 11Sec Stang, It's alot diffrent from it when comparing mods I did to it and my New G.
1.Throttle Response Is a Little better, Not by Much, but to me it's a little more Responsive, with the Stock Boxes had a real small hesitation when flooring it, now it seems to just Respond Alot Better.
2. HP Gains seem to be more in the Upper range like from 4500- Redline, really Pulls a little harder, But I think everyone knows this engine is a High Upper end Breather for Power. But It Just feels more so with the new Intakes.
3. Did not really feel a loss of Low End TQ. But I Have a 6MT G, and I can Chirp the Tires from 1st-3rd, with or Without the VDC On!
So Since it pulls a little Harder Up Top, Figure it has a little more TQ up top to go along with the HP's.
4. Installation is very Easy! Took me 10-15Min max Each Side! So If you are a Backyard Tech, It's easy, and even for the Novice should not be hard, all u need are 3 tools! And Fitment is Spot on! The Shileds are Shaped real close to the Stock Boxes, just one side is Open, and the Enclosed area fits around the Opening of the Ram Air Tube from the Grill. so it still is Kind of Functional. and Not Useless!
5. Well thats it, just a small review of Anyone thinking of getting the Stillen Intakes. It Is Pricey for what it come's with, thats for Sure! But I wanted an Intake for a Long Time. And Love the Sound of the Intakes in the Upper RPM to Redline! Sounds Crazy! Well if anything better comes out from NISMO and Others? I'll also be trying to get my Car Dynoed This Month. to see if any gains actually occured? Since I am going by my BUTT-O-METER! I'll let you guy's know the results when it happens! Hope this Helps some of you! Now off to
Somemore!

if you can write all that about the stillen intakes. you should consider getting the stillen exhaust. then you could write us up an essay =). looks and sounds of the exhaust is extremely satisfying. two nice metal cannons in the rear and gives a really low and deep roar. sometimes i wish it was quieter and alot of times i wish it was louder haha. quality is awesome !
i see you also have 5% along with 8k's .. you're seriously asking for cop trouble arent you ?! ^^

HAHA Thank's Vince. But waiting for more Exhaust Choices to come out. The Stillen sounds a little too Raspy for me. As for the TINT and 8000k's! here In Hawaii they don't enforce the Bulb thing too much, as least no yet for me, LOL.And the Bulbs I got are not Super Blue, they are just right, still Whit with Blueish tint, almost like Acura Style HID's! And the Tint, yea kinda Risaky, but I like the privacy, and when i see the POPO i roll the windows down, and don't make eye contact, HAHA
And just to let you know, the Cops here use Private cars for Patrol, not all Blue\White Crown Vics, mostly the Senior Cops can use these Personal ride's for patrol, so we have Stangs, Camaros, SUV's and they just approved the G35 Sedans for patrol use!
So we see them around with the light bar on da roof, hehe
They also use Altima's, and others, but too much too list.
