Thanks for the pics terry, looking at that i actually think we might have a chance as in the instruction it mentions the AC line on the driver side to be covered with a piece of silicone tube to avoid rubbing so looks good.

EDIT: looked at both pics(g37 and g35) and the ac lines are in exactly the same position as per pics, also note that the expansion on the front core is to the sides and not towards the bottom, thus the ac lines will remain untouched.

Also just contacted STillen AGIAN after they had told me that it wont fit the G35 Sedans, and got some hope....

"Sorry for the miscommunication.

We have not test fit the G37 generation intake on the G35 sedan or any of the other HR engines.
My R&D department will be looking further into the other vehicles.

So there is still, hope and im pretty sure we will have some good news in the next 2-3weeks

This Whole Stillen thing with intakes is turning out too be annoying just like Apple with Ipods Bringing out new ones every month?!

First Original Short Tube intakes
Not too long ahead Long tube intakes.
and now these Ultra long Tubes!!????

Spend time on a Supercharger or Headers but no more intakes?
Thats just me.

these intakes really seem promising considering their location, totally outside of the engine bay and where there ample of cold air... though im not sure ill get them considering the enlargment of the core hole and the PITA installation, but ill wait until its said to fit the sedan, and some one with money to spare gets em dynoed

if this was promising and it shows better numbers than injen and it better than than the STOCK intake in every way. ill get it but i would have to modify the shield to cover more of the cone. plus i dont like K&N filters so ill just replace it with a much better foam filter. then it'll become 780 dollar intake lmao

maybe they want us to get annoyed until they do come out with one.
But then again they do have headers for our cars. the g37 headers fit on ours bro if u didnt know lol.....g37 hfc and headers fit perfectly onto ours....impul headers just came out (which im the first on the forum to oder them)....ill keep u guys posted when i get them from japan
personally i dont like there superchargers, i think they suck. I saw a fx with stage 4 stillen supercharger and tuned by technosquare at a meet in cali. this guy was only pushing 380whp. On a stage 4 stillen superchager. Vortech and ATI will get better numbers than that
Stillen lately has been a big FAIL

i can't believe some of u guys actually believed these claims.
The obvious answer is that it is BS.
Look at the dyno sheet and see where the peak power comes. 7400 RPM? LMAO. No g35 in the world makes its peak power @ 7400rpm.

Stillen failed at its false advertisement. BAHAHHAH

+1

There's no way there's 22hp to be gained with an intake.

Don't believe me? Take your filters off your car completely and dyno your car. (least resistance possible).

You might see 2hp doing this.

Changing out the tubes? A few hp there as well. But 18 rwhp? Yeah right.

It's possible on the HR and VHR motors with the right mods. But 18 WHp sounds pretty incredible for a N/A bolt on.
