^^ not really. when you consider the fact that there is an average of 20% power loss due to the tranny/diff/etc. then it sounds about right. The reflash and bolt ons bumped his whp to 310. which equates to about 400hp at the flywheel.

On my automatic, we found the drive train loss is indeed about 20% as measured on a Dynapack dyno. And this was confirmed to be within 9 WHp on GTM's dyno.

That said, 310 WHp should really be about 372 HP at the crank (sorry Robby ). That is still a very nice 66 HP gain, from the 306 HP published by Nissan

Yes they do, but my friend in Japan said that it wont be any better than Technosquare. So IMPUL ECU is not worth it. All it is, is a stock ecu reflashed and tune. Basically what TS does with our stock ECUs. They just put their name on it and sell it.

Why do these types of Dynos rate low or high. Isn't there like a universal dyno that measures the real output of your car?

lets just say my car will own a G37 and a 335i lmao
I doubt you would "own" a 335i. Beat a bone stock one, maybe/most likely, but own, no. A stock 335 (6MT) on average dyno mid 280's on a conservative dyno like a DJ. A simple downpipe back exhaust (which actually adds HP on a FI car) will add about another 10-15 (max). A $550.00 Juicebox 3 with bring it up to 360ish, with a higher TQ number. Considering that, and that the TQ/HP curve is much fatter than on our G's with way more TQ, I would say you'd beat a stock one by a one or two CLs, but a slightly modded one would be a different story. A piggybacked one, which would be the type to usually race you, would destroy you.

Sorry, I own both so it's the sad truth.

It was pointless to even write that cuz we all know that lmao
Bone stock ya, but if its modded, i'd obviously get owned.

I have friends who are top builders and modders for bmw's.
They are the head show for bimmer fest lol
My friend Sasha has a 480whp 335i and he just has a chip, down-pipe, exhaust, boost controler, and some other stuff i dont know. He's beaten my car with ease.

But i beat stock 335is, but no way a modded one lol

There is no 480Whp 335 in existence, unless the guy never posts on e90post.com nor bimmerforums.com. The highest 335 so far is 41X.XX.
