i called stillen awhile ago about these and they said they're going to fix it but they put it in the wrong category 
they are meant for the vq35de motor when it comes to the piston rods but pistons are fine but still wont fit without the right rods so it wont work. unless u go to gtm and let them so their own stuff to your car
