YES they do my HFC's are off a 08 350Z. I had no issues at all.

I had issues with mine. I sent them back because the fitment wasn't even close. The angle where they met up with the factory y-pipe was about 3/16" gap at the bottom and flush at the top. I had been down that road before with my old sedan and it never ever sounded right.

 

I wonder if we can use pre- HR 350z HFC's then. Like 03-06.
