Adjusting muffler/exhaust drop

Does anyone know, or have an illustrated guide from the FSM on how to adjust the drop of the muffler/exhaust?

The passenger side on mine is about an inch lower than the other, and it really bothers me.

Thanks.

I don't think there is an official procedure. There are a 3 hangers on each side towards the rear of the vehicle that you can play with. If it's the muffler tip, the rear hanger bracket (right above the muffler tip) can probably be lowered and some spacers placed where it bolts into. The other hangers may still be suspending the mufflers some so you might have to do this with the others.

Thanks, i'll give that a shot. I was there a couple weeks ago looking at things but probably didn't see the brackets because of the covers. My temporary fix was to put a nut right under the rubber isolation points.

1 inch is a lot and would bug me too. The dealer should be more than happy to check it out for you no charge under warranty.

If all else fails, i'll give them a holler. They actually caused it when they replaced the failing cat.
