Installed: Invidia Q300 Exhaust
I went back and forth with these pictures and to me, they seem to be the same exact thing. The y-pipe and x-pipe are the only 2 things that seem to be the same. After the x-pipe, its totally different.
You guys take a look at it. The first pic is my exhaust and the other 2 come from a G37. It's hard to tell where it starts and where it ends, but i have a good eye for these things. They look identical. Dont they?

looks the same to me.
To me, the whole point of putting the resonators at the Y pipe is to make it universal fit.
....one change for both set ups.
If they added the resonators after the X, they would have to make 2 system changes.

hahaha thanks bro, no problem
Im glad you like the exhaust. The exhaust sounds better as you drive. The more it breaks in, the more aggressive it sounds but doesnt get louder, just more aggressive.
I will be getting the X-pipe in a few weeks. I will post up sound clips when installed. Then i will be getting either Crawford or Kinetix HFC.
But looks like we have to test for the resonators. Lou seems to be unsure.

there is a dynamic damper on the original exhaust it should help to reduce vibration I will see if I can find a way to put them on to the invidia pipes

The 350ZHR guys love those HFC and it sounds mean. i want to make my Invidia sound hella mean

I know my exhaust is going to be hella quiet, but it wont be once i get HFC lol
I can't wait to hear it after the new pipes are installed... If it's quieter than my Tanabe's with the Berk's, then I may just have to just on the Invidia bandwagon too.
Btw, you comin' tomorrow?

I'll be waiting for you Robby, but it would be nice if you can get the price tag for us it would be nice, so we can know how much it'll cost to update our current system.
~ATTENTION~
Guys, I have great news regarding the new X-pipe and the new resonators. They both fit beautifully and have plenty of clearance.
We didn't get a sound clip with the resonators due to it will be too quiet without HFC.
At this moment, I only have the new X-pipe, because I don't have HFC. But all I can say is WOW!!!!!
I feel better low end, it feels more responsive, and it made the exhaust sound more aggressive. I am not lying when I say this, but it took away my rasp at WOT. This is a must buy for those guys who have the Invidia exhaust or planning onto.
Pictures will be posted shorty
