Transmission swap options

I'm not sure if it's possible or not but can we swap our trannys with the G37, 350Z, or 370Z? I'm assuming that if it's possible the gearing would give us a little better get up and go.

I don't know and it would be interesting to find out. I dropped of my 07 g35s 6MT for an oil change and they gave me a loaner. The final ratio on the 5 AT feels shorter. Has anyone considered the final drive swap?

You better off switching cars. The cost would be less than a swap. New tranny,TCU install,etc

It's basically the same diff, so there should be lots of ratios available.
