Invidia Q300 - Review
Purchased from CVR Motorsports on Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday! Not bad service for Fedex ground for 1 state away.
1. Fit and Finish/Quality - 9 out 10
2. Design/R&D - 8 out 10
3. Sound - 8 out of 10
4. Performance - 9 out of 10
5. Packaging - 10
6. Installation - 10
Installation took me about 2 hrs including taking the OEM system off. Use 4 jack stands to raise rear of car about 1 foot off ground. Why 4, if one fails you have a backup! I was leaning towards the FI system but the price of this and G35Robby's review sold me. Quality and ease of installation was exceptional. I am disappointed that Invidia just came out with the new xpipe and its only available for additional purchase. Guess they didn't put as much R&D into the system in the first place. Thought they could have made the rear mufflers more attractive from the rear view (ie. FI look better). Was expecting the system to be louder. There's a lot of talk on board about drone with aftermarket systems. They all have drone....its the appropriate term for an increase in db's inside the cabin. If you dont like drone, dont mod your car! As far as rasp.....give me a break people. Only rasp is at startup for 1 minute. Every system will have some sort of rasp....its a 3.5 6cylinder!
The tone is much deeper than i thought but still want more aggressive sound so I am looking into adding HFC's. Overall very happy w/ system and would highly recommend. Seat of pants dyno is definately more torque and responsiveness from low end to redline. I'm not adding pics b/c G35Robby's review and pics was very informative.

i only put about 50miles on it since installed and the exhaust is still burning off that "new smell" your saying after approx 1000miles it will get louder as the packing in the mufflers breakin?
About a 1000 miles bro. Takes awhile to fully break in an exhaust.
