I tried the search function last night but could not find much to be helpful. I am looking for an aftermarket tune for my 2008 G35S A5.

I found numerous notes that Technosquare is the way to go, but could the experts here point me towards threads or give me information as to the best tune for a stock G35 VQ35HR with auto trans. The car is stock and I do not want to alter it or any tune that can be detected by the dealer during service visits (warranty).

 

I am not sure there are any huge gains to be had with a tune on a non aspirated VQ, but maybe..

I think Cobb Accessport is out for the 07+ sedan, that gives you flexibility of going back to a factory tune when servicing. I suspect any ecm tune could be detected by the dealer if they were realy intent on looking.

if you want to tune with a stock G. go with bully dog nissan power pup theres a huge post here. and that works best easiest and cheapest for a stock G to get some power and take off the limiter.

 

Bullydog got no proven dyno improvements...

 

Got some great news! If you go to this link on my G37.com. Lou frm Aplified Motorsports. Ws contacted by Hypertech. they have a tuner that has just been released for the G35HR, 350Z HR, and G37/370 HR's! gain on a stock G37, with Auto, Was 6HP, 10lbs TQ! and AFR are all in the optimum range for our motors! Check it out, I may be picking one up soon!
