Hahaha.... Thanks, man. It's amazing what a picture can hide. LOL

We actually get quite a bit of dust out here in the CA desert, but I try to blow off the engine with compressed air at least once a week and rinse it down with DI water at least once a month... that helps keep the build-up to a minimum... It's in dire need of a nice bath though.

Remove those two stickers from your radiator cover. They are ugly.

I know... I hate them too. I've actually got a CF radiator shroud coming for it, so I figured I'd just wait for that.

I was going to buy this but didn't know if it would be a direct replacement for the stock. How much coolant fits in there and how would I check it. And where did you get the after market hose kit I've been looking for one but didn't find any made for our cars.

^it is a direct replacement and has a slightly higher capacity than the OEM tank (less contours and notches) You pretty much just need to fill it to where the lines are on the stock tank and you are set. Whenever you need to check the level, just inscrew the cap and look inside. How often do you really check yours now?

Exactly what I was thinking! And, that's actually the plan, Brian! Maybe your right, maybe we were separated at birth.

I used apx 16 oz of coolant water mix, which puts the factory tank up to the full line. The new tank can probably fit at least 4 times that amount. The level is easy to check... just remove the cap and look inside. There is actually a weld seem inside the tank where the tank angles that give you a good guide to use when judging if you need to add fluid or not. I have mine filled slightly past that seem... if you look in and the fuid level is below that seem, just add some distilled water.... that simple.
