Transmission TSB

I thought I had read somewhere in another thread (which I could find again) that there is a TSB that involves transmission reprogramming to smooth out shifting. Am I remembering this right? If so, does anyone have a link or more info about that TSB?

Edit: I know that there are a number of other TSBs that many members here have had done, e.g., the throttle sensitivity issue. Don't know if there's one already, but it might be nice to make a list of all of those common TSBs all in one place.

infinitihelp.com has all the TSB listed.

I know there was a TSB for throttle/tip in sensitivity. Some of the guys who had it done was dissappointed because it FELT like the car was slower. Not sure if its realted to shifting smoothness or if there was one about shifting at all.

Was actually just looking through there & don't see anything related to that, as far as I could tell anyway. I thought I had read that someone had the trans reprogrammed/flashed though, maybe not related to a specific TSB...?

ITB08-017 is the 2007 G35x Throttle Sensitivity that supposedly re maps the tranny a bit. I havent tried it yet but It might be coming soon; kind of thinking about selling my G though becuase of this transmission issue. Really disappointed in my 07 right now.

I did have ITB08-017 done almost a year ago (right after I bought the car) and it did help with the throttle sensitivity but not much with the tranny. Reading thru some old threads I came across ITB07-045 which is for some cold start issues and includes reprogramming the ECU. That TSB is supposed to supercede another, ITB07-028, which covers cruse control surging while going down hill. I'm going to try to get ITB07-045 done in hopes that this ECU reflash will help solve all the issues.
