Is that a cold start or when the car was warm?

omg... that ark exhaust sounds so beastly!!!.. But yea I'd understand not wanting it for everyday use.. But u gotta admit it has a nice deep sound to it.

 

That was a warm start. I could barely hear the radio when the car was idling. And talking on the phone thru the cars Bluetooth..... forget about it. It was just too much for me as a young professional. It sounded like I was driving a monster truck into work everyday. I would consider keeping this set up if it added like 100 HP or something, but its not worth the headache for the 5-7 HP the TPs could potentially add. But anyway, now I have the TPs off the car and it sounds awesome. I'll post a daytime video over the weekend so you guys can hear. Should I consider HFCs or am I headed back down the TPs road again?

 

I would wait a couple months till the exhaust quiets down. When it does then get HFC's if you can handle the slight increase in noise. The power difference between HFC's and TP's is negligible. HFC's will also sound a bit quieter, much less raspy and slightly less drone.

OK so i finally got around to making a video of just the exhaust with the GTM test pipes removed (combo was too loud). Here's a warm start cell phone video. Liking the sound a lot.

That sounds great! Can we have some drive by or highway pass videos? The ARK sounds different than most exhaust. Sounds really mean lol

Just to let the community know, The exhaust is compatible with the g37 sedan models as well, So there should be a few reviews on other forums sites.
