butt dynos do not prove anything. The Stock intake with a high flow filter makes the best power. Its the same as the first gen and its the same for the 2nd gen.

You keep thinking that and the guy with the stock intake system that tried his luck a few weeks ago can think the same thing as well. I have tried the stock intake with K&N, stock intake with rev up velocity stack and K&N and JWT. R2C out performs them all, period.

there was a local meet in DFW a few weeks ago.

Go to the bottom of the g35 driver homepage and find the DFW section.

they tried various intakes and the stock intake made the most power via dyno

Why would this intake perform better than any of the other "filter on stick" intake out there like the JWT, Stillen, etc.? We'd need to see dyno proof that this is really making more usable power. I know that Tony at MD has shown that exposed air filters do result in a significant loss of power in heat soaked engine bays. In some cases, the intake can cost you 20whp. That's something the OEM intake doesn't have much issue with because it's pulling in air from outside the engine bay.

I see no other dyno charts! My ***** is biggest, if I have the only one in the contest.
