Fast Intentions is a great exhaust set up. Don't change your mind just because the OP didn't like it. F.I was one of the first companies that had an exhaust for our cars and made them even better. I have an F.I exhaust along with quite a few others that I know personally and it's a really exhaust. I have over 50k miles on my exhaust and it sounds good everytime I get in my car.

Back .. Sorry guys for comin late .

Now i wud like to point out to somethin. .
Guys .. Just want you to know that i got my prev. Fastintentions on 2009 and ive been running the same till 2012 , i've been always so happy with my FI and i was recommending it for ma friends. I liked the sound very much, performance .. quality .. Everything related to it. But after a year and a half of using, i noticed that the car doesn't perform like it used to be anymore .. It was stupid and slow .. Cars i used to smoke started to kick my *** like anything, i really couldn't figure out what was the problem , i did my best to get her soul back but with no luck.. I left it like this .. Drove the car for a year later but with no joy at all .. Thereafter, my friend who owns the same car with the same setup and tune but with a stillen exhaust , decided to swap his stillen's for a FI, came to me asking for my opinion, i told him go for it .. The exhaust is a great and its X-pipe desinged which is good for our cars( isn't this what u guys used to say ?! ) ... Anyways he got it and installed it .. Came back to me two days later sayin WTF i put in ma car, i told him whats the matter ? He said that the car is damn slow and no longer active, i told him no way .. The exhaust is a great and has a brilliant reputation .. And then I stood for a minute and said .. NOW THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING! Now i figured out the issue that was with my car, it must be the exhaust .. i told him ok do one thing , Retune your car and get ur UpRev updated , and so he went to the same tuner who tuned his car a month ago , put the car on the dyno and started for the initial dyno run .. He got 248 whp ( COMING DOWN FROM 272 WHP ) !!! He lost 24 WHP, gentlemen !! .. Afterwards he started to retune his car but all he got is 257 whp on Dyno Pack..

Now before you come to a conclusion, i wud like to point out that the retuning carried out on almost the same circumistances and climate conditions

a week later .. My friend and i decided to go for the Ark Grip ... Ordered a couple , arrived four weeks later, installed em .. and then .. A BIG SMILE FROM EAR TO EAR lol , so big so we did not even think to go back and put our cars on the dyno .... My car came back to life like i explained on my topic here, and so with my friend's ..

Now the conclusion is , FI is maybe good at its first year but then - from what it seems - the exhaust starts to screw it up !

Hope this explains everything

I would love to know what clogged up your FI exhaust...but there are so many variables (fuel grade, brand, oil type, location, smog levels, altitude, etc, etc...)

I had the Ark Grip V2 paired with my Art tp's and i had rasp, drone, and a hissing sound (when i let off the gas). I thought, maybe i had leaks but i double checked and never found any. I was so fed up with this exhaust i decided to go with MD TDX2! Nothing but smiles now!!

I just read every post on this thread, hoping to see a video at the end.....and.......................nothing. At least he could have come back and posted something about not being able to post a vid for some reason. Instead, credibility lost.

Ok, let's get this straight. OP puts an exhaust on his car and 18 months later says its not as powerful as it was when new.

OP's friend puts a brand new set on his ride and loses power immediately.

OP's conclusion is that they plug up over time. Except friend had a new set without the time to plug up.

Did I get the facts straight?
