Takeda Dual SRI

Has anyone bought the Takeda Dual SRI's recently ? .. Im curious about how hard or easy the installation was and if you have pics/vids (besides the ones off YouTube) please share

Also, thoughts on the Dual Injen SRI's versus Takeda ?

I have the shorty Injen SRI and really happy w/ them, since they utilize the plastic OEM tubes there's less metal to heat up so heat soak isn't as much of an issue. Can't comment on how it does vs. Takeda but I can say I haven't experienced any mileage penalty (except for the fact that I like to keep my foot in it more for the sound)

I know KulG35 has one on his car so you might want to try to PM him for his comments.

Put the takeda Sri on yesterday - i'm sure it's the wrong model...sent me the 3009. Anyways the passenger side is a really good fit and easy to install but the driver side is brutal. I replaced the breather hoses as outlined in an older thread on this forum but couldn't bolt the intake to the motor. I would have needed longer silicone coupler to make that work. So it's on but not bolted down...
I'm going to call tomorrow to see if I indeed was sent the wrong part.

Takeda SRI is great so far. I have thought about the gen 3 stillen but like the option of quickly removing the system for detailing and being able to pull the filters for cleaning as well. I have noticed that the filters are starting to crack or dry rot around the sleeve. Nothing through the rubber but I do plan to shoot them an email to see what they say. If it cracks through, having a filter will do nothing so I am keeping a close eye in them.
