The engine started rattling a bit but I did not care too much about it until recently, it just makes this rough noise as soon as I press on the gas now. The engine makes noise and I can feel the lack of power. The noise is most between 40 -60 mph. Learning more about the code, The p0011/0021 codes are for intake valve timing control, the intake valve timing solenoids need to be replaced. I also read that the gasket and o-rings can be replaced instead of the entire thing.

My question is, How fast do I need to replace it? I drive only about 15 miles every day. I am ok with the noise as long as it is not making the engine worse?
Could someone guide me to the DIY instruction for this? Thanks for your help
