I just bought a 2008 G35x. I have heard that in normal driving condition that 20% of power goes to the front and 80% to the back. I was wondering if that changes when VDC is off?

I'm pretty sure it can bias 100% to the rear or as much as 50% to the front.

 

In normal driving 25% goes to the the front, but only in first gear. After that its 100% rear wheel drive unless slip is detected.

basically when moving its a rear wheel drive car. VDC as i understand it only holds off power reduce/cut in a skid or slip and lets the wheels spin more.
