Car has multi misfire ( p0300 )

MY SYMPTOMS
Car misfires only low RPM (800-1.2k)
When i give the car light throttle to those rpm^ the car chokes and almost dies out, but anything higher then those rpms the car runs like a champ.
Also my A/F ratios are way off, and im also smelling gas.
PARTS IVE REPLACED
-o2 sensors -denso
-injectors -hitachi
-pcv valve
-fuel rail
-sparks - ngk iridium
-coils -hitachi
-ive smoked tested the car … nothing

 

Did this just happen suddenly or did it start misfiring after you did some repair/upgrade/work on the car?

 

Started to do it after changing water pump , gally gasket, head gasket . But i only changed driver side head gasket. My fuel trims are way off on pass side though and no work was done on bank 1

 

Also the car was sitting for about 5 months , with a little less then 1/4 of gas. So i filled it with 93 and added some seafoam cleaner.
