Rear seat removal

I need to remove the rear seat out of my 2007 sedan, but I can't find any info. Could someone please give me any tips or hints to make the removal go smoothly? Thanks in advance,
Trey

For the bottom, there are two plastic tabs that stick out slightly (where the seat hits the back of your knees). Pull the tabs towards the front of the car and the bottom of the seat will release.

From there, you should be able to see the screws that hold in the top.

Are some pictures of my iPod Integration on my 2007 Sedan. In that installation I had to remove the backseat.(bottom)....very easy....pull the two black "circular" things and pivot it out from the back because on the back are two tabs that slip under the backs of the seat.
