H&R Parts

I just decided to browse around the H&R site today, and found that they have a complete coilover system, wheel spacers, and sway bars for our cars. most of them share the same part # as the 350z. I would like some of these parts but im kind of skeptical because they are parts from the 350z.
what do you guys think?

It would be interesting to see if they actually fit. I'm sure if they listed it now they should have been able to test fit them and make sure they work.

I noticed the H&R coilovers too on tirerack, but I doubt they will fit because it's the same part# as on the 350Z and I think people have already verified that, at the very least, the front suspension is different enough that the currently available coilovers for the 350Z and 1st gen G35 won't work on 07+ G35s.

I also noticed tirerack had 2 types of bilstein coilovers listed for 07+ G35s for several months, but just recently removed them. I think they were also the same part#s as on the prior G35 and probably weren't compatible?

h&r springs for the 07 and 08 G35 are the same as the h&r springs for the 03-06 g35. 03-06 are fully interchangable with 350z so i dont see why not. but your talking about coilovers so i dont know if its a difference. id love to know cuz h&r coilovers are amazing. german engineering ftw

Yes, there is a difference. I know that springs from the prior model have already been used on the 07+. No one has used a coilover or a shock or strut from the prior model on an 07+ yet. One person had custom coilovers adapted for the 07+. There were modifications made to it as it was not a bolt on fit:

These are the only coilovers I've seen for the 07+ G35. I'd be interested but the spring rates of 14kg F and 10kg R seem pretty stiff for daily driving.
